Important Dates

In order to synchronize with other two workshop also in affliation with Vis2008, we will keep the submission open until Friday, August 1, 2008.

Friday, August 1, 2008	Deadline for submission of Abstracts.
Friday, August 21, 2008	Notification of acceptance for an oral presentation.
Sunday, 19 October 2008	Workshop.

Note: The KAV2008 organizers were made aware of the fact that the original submission window from June 26 (the VisWeek email Call) to July 11 (the original deadline) is too small. To give all potential authors a fair opportunity, the deadline has been extended to August 1, and the notification date is revised accordingly.
